At Edgy Beauty, we value your confidence in shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
    •    Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags and hygiene seals).
    •    Due to the nature of hair products (wigs, bundles, extensions, closures, frontals, etc.), items that have been altered, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
    •    We gladly offer exchanges for the same product in a different length, style, or color (subject to availability).
    •    If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Sale items, clearance products, and promotional gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    •    Custom orders are non-refundable.

Return Process
    1.    Email us at support@edgybeauty.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
    2.    Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
    3.    Ship the item back in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Refunds
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
       •    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

        •    ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@edgybeauty.com with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
